Welcome to my campaign for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. I’m running to be your voice in Congress, not the voice of party insiders, career politicians, or special interests. I’m running to fight for the people of North Texas—those who feel unheard, under-served, and fed up with the status quo.
Growing up in North Texas, I learned what it means to face adversity, to fight for every inch, and to never give up. Raised by a strong mother and grandmother, I know the value of resilience. From my days as a young man navigating the challenges of poverty and even homelessness, to my time serving our country in the Army, and then as a public defender fighting for those without a voice, I’ve learned firsthand that change doesn’t come without a fight—and it doesn’t come without a plan.
Throughout my life, I’ve been fortunate to have great influences, but none greater than my late great-uncle, William "Bill" Goodson, the former mayor of Whitewright, Texas. Uncle Bill was a man who led by example—a servant leader who understood that power was not a privilege, but a responsibility. He showed me what it means to lead with integrity, to stand up for what is right, and to always put the community first. His legacy as a dedicated mayor and advocate for his town has profoundly shaped my understanding of leadership and public service. It taught me that our greatest duty is to uplift those around us, to make decisions based on what is best for all, and to never shy away from the difficult fights.
My campaign is about putting power back in the hands of the people. I’m not interested in just being another politician who talks a big game. I’m here to deliver real results, to offer real solutions, and to bring real change to the lives of the families and communities of North Texas.
America needs bold, fresh ideas to ensure a brighter future for all its citizens. These policies are my blueprint for a government that works for the people, protects individual freedoms, and creates opportunity. Explore my vision and join the movement for meaningful change.
FLAT TAX REVOLUTION: Replace the convoluted tax code with a flat tax rate for individuals and businesses, with no loopholes or exemptions for the wealthy or corporations.
CONGRESSIONAL SALARY TIED TO MEDIAN INCOME: Peg Congressional salaries to the national median income, incentivizing lawmakers to work for economic growth for all Americans.
CORPORATE ACCOUNTABILITY TAX: Impose higher taxes on companies that outsource jobs overseas and provide tax breaks to companies hiring locally.
DEFICIT ACCOUNTABILITY ACT: Anytime there's a deficit of more than 5% of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible for reelection.
Term Limit Amendment: Limit Senators to two terms (12 years) and Representatives to three terms (6 Years) to ensure fresh perspectives in Congress.
READ THE BILLS ACT: Mandate that all members of Congress publicly certify they've read any bill they voted on, and require a mandatory 72-Hour public review period before any vote.
NO BUDGET, NO PAY: If Congress fails to pass a balanced budget by the start of the fiscal year, members forfeit their salaries until the budget is passed.
CITIZEN LEGISLATOR ACT: Require that all members of Congress spend at least 90 days per year in their home districts, engaging directly with constituents.
TRANSPARENCY IN HEALTHCARE ACT: Require all medical providers to publicly post prices for services to encourage competition and lower costs.
DEBT-FREE COLLEGE BILL: Redirect funds from federal administrative expenses to provide free community college and vocational training.
UNIVERSAL SKILLS-BASED EDUCATION ACT: Overhaul K-12 education to include mandatory life skills and financial literacy training alongside core subjects.
VOTER CONFIDENCE ACT: Require publicly audited elections and make all ballots hand-counted in public view to ensure election integrity.
CAMPAIGN FINANCE OVERHAUL: Cap individual campaign donations at $5,000 per person per year and ban all corporate and PAC donations.
EQUAL AIRTIME AMENDMENT: Mandate that major networks provide equal AIRTIME for all ballot-qualified candidates in federal elections.
BALLOT ACCESS SIMPLIFICATION: Standardize ballot access requirements across all 50 states, making it easier for independent and third-party candidates to run.
AMERICAN WORKFORCE FIRST ACT: Ban work visas in fields where qualified Americans are actively seeking employment.
INFRASTRUCTURE ACCOUNTABILITY ACT: Require quarterly public updates on all federally-funded infrastructure projects to ensure transparency and completion timelines.
COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT ACT 2.0: Redirect federal subsidies from massive corporations to small businesses and locally-led nonprofits.
EDUCATION FREEDOM ACT: Ensure that federal funds follow students to any public, private, or charter school or their choice.
MEDIA ACCOUNTABILITY ACT: Limit ownership of media outlets by any single corporation to ensure diverse perspectives.
CONSTITUENT SERVICE STANDARDS: Hold members of Congress accountable with mandatory biannual reviews of constituent services, with public satisfaction scores published.
LOBBYIST BAN: Ban members of Congress from becoming lobbyists for 10 years after leaving office.
INSIDER TRADING ACCOUNTABILITY ACT: Ban all stock trading by sitting members of Congress and their immediate families.
DARK MONEY BAN: Require full disclosure of all campaign donations and prohibit anonymous contributions to PACs and Super PACs.

Instead of silencing Americans, we need to hold Big Tech accountable for ensuring fair access while protecting freedom of expression. Let’s work to preserve an open internet where ideas, innovation, and individual liberty can thrive without government overreach.
Preserving Fairness in Sports
"Every athlete deserves a level playing field."
Sports should be a space where dedication, talent, and effort determine success. Allowing biological males to compete in women’s sports undermines fairness and safety. I support policies that:

Supporting a Culture of Life

I am unapologetically pro-life and believe that life begins at conception. We must foster a society that values life and supports women and families. I support:

Protecting Black Cultural Integrity In Media and Art
"It’s time to reclaim the narratives we tell about our people and ensure they uplift, empower, and inspire."
Hollywood and mainstream media often distort our stories, perpetuating harmful stereotypes and values that don’t serve our families or communities. I believe we need to support independent creators and organizations that celebrate our cultural heritage and promote messages of faith, family, and resilience.
As your representative, I will:

Invest in initiatives and grants that empower Black creators to produce films, music, and literature that celebrate positive values, entrepreneurship, and historical achievements.

Encourage partnerships with schools, libraries, and community organizations to amplify empowering content for Black youth.

Advocate for media standards that protect children from inappropriate content while promoting uplifting and educational programming.
